01 Acceptance

By creating an account or using ResuAI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

02 Account

• You must create an account to use the resume builder.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Accounts are for individual use only. One user per account.

03 Service Use

You agree to use ResuAI solely for the purpose of creating and managing professional resumes. You may not use the service for any illegal activities or to misuse our AI generation tools.

04 Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of the data you input into your resume. By using the service, you grant ResuAI a license to process, store, and modify this data solely for the purpose of providing the resume building service to you.

05 Payments & Refunds

• Pay Per Resume: ₹49 per individual resume download/share.
• Pro Monthly: ₹299 per month for unlimited access.
• Due to the digital nature of the product, no refunds are issued once a resume has been downloaded or shared.

06 Sharing & Privacy

You can choose to share your resume via public or private links. You control the visibility settings. ResuAI is not responsible for the content once you share a public link with third parties.

07 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via your account settings.
